Free Virtual Support Groups for Canadians

CANrise19 hosts FREE virtual support groups for Canadians injured by the COVID-19 vaccines. These live groups occur weekly, for 8 to 10 weeks, via Microsoft Teams. Meetings are approximately 1 to 1.5 hours in length, available in both English and French, and are facilitated by two CANrise19 volunteers. Their purpose is to allow participants to develop a network of peer support, through a series of structured sessions addressing the impacts of living with a vaccine injury in Canada. Groups are also available for individuals supporting a loved one throughout their vaccine injury.

To participate in any of these support groups, a waiver is required, as we aim to build a safe, respectful, and confidential environment for all.

  • "It is with deep gratitude and heartfelt appreciation that I write this to Canrise19. Julie and Michelle have selflessly given of themselves to bring an amazing community of support that is so needed in Canada for the injured. In a time when we are lost in a system that doesn’t know what to do with us or does not want to know we exist, this group is here to support and care for each other and help us as we navigate this difficult journey.  CANrise19 is literally a life support to me. The isolation has been unbearable, and I am so thankful for this organization. Thank you dearly!!"
